Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: Available to most regions. Delivery may take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.
Delays: External factors such as customs or carrier delays may extend delivery times slightly. We’ll always keep you informed.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of skincare and peptide-based products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping address.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during checkout.
If applicable, partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition or returned beyond the standard window.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please reach out to our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of damage may be required to speed up your request.
